Glorious Gilgamesh

Indulge me -- this is not a profound post, just a proud parental moment.

Ah, to be young and King of Mesopotamia. Our hero, Gilgamesh. Note the bling.

Gilgamesh with his valiant servant Enkidu. Says Gilgi: Why didn't I heed my father's advice? He told me: "My son, always make friends with the lighting tech."

Gilgi on the invention of the wheel: "Can't see it myself but let's give it a whirl."

I must say, Gilgi's cute, and his royal wardrobe and jewelry designer is quite brilliant.
